The comfortable and bright living room features exposed brick (currently painted white), can fit proper living room furniture and a home office and has lots of windows with tree-lined views unto 9th Ave. The large open Kitchen comes with a mini fridge and freezer, lots of cabinets and counter space (no dishwasher). Bedroom is perfect for a queen bed, dresser, nightstands, etc., faces the back of the building, and is overlooking a garden. High ceilings, pre-war charm and ceiling fans in all rooms complete the comfortable living experience. 

This is a coop. Coop board application fees apply (only for the applicant Owner decides to move forward with for board approval) :
